Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Most parcels will be delivered to a P.O. box address, however for some larger parcels, an alternate address location will be required. If this is the case, contact will be made requesting an alternate address within 5 days of order processing.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an automatic email with tracking and courier details once the shipment has been confirmed with the courier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Shipdirect2you.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Every effort will be made to have your item delivered safely and in excellent condition.
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. For items with visible damage a photo must be sent to info@shipdirect2you.com with your order number and contact details, or for electrical or other faults a detailed description of the issue will need to be included in the contact form.
International Shipping Policy
We ship globally, however in some countries there may be issues with customs. It is highly recommended that you check your local country laws on what can or cannot be imported to your location. If your parcel is not received in the expected time frame for international shipping, we will do a track and trace on your parcel and if it is found that the item complies with local laws a replacement or refund will be issued. We take no responsibility for items stopped by customs that do not comply with the laws of the destination country.
Returns Policy
Our products come with 100% guarantee! If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame stated, then a replacement or refund will be issued up to the value of the original order. If your item is damaged or faulty you can file a claim at info@shipdirect2you.com and state your order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the damage/fault. Please note that for visible damage a photo must be included of the damage. Once all details are received and approved by our credit department then your replacement or refund will be processed in 1-2 business days.
