If you receive your item damaged or faulty please contact email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product with 24 hours of receiving it and a replacement or refund will be issued out to you. Refunds will be issued with 48 hours of notification. Replacements will be issued out within 48 hours and will rely on standard postage times to arrive. Where possible a tracking number is supplied on the original purchase however If you believe your item is missing or if you do not receive your item by the set postage times please feel free to contact us and we send an inquiry with the courier.
We can ship most items (excluding live plants) to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on exporting certain goods to certain locations so please check customs laws in the country of destination before purchase.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound/dollar value.
